How quickly can you get to me?
For most jobs we can schedule within 24–48 hours. Same-day visits are available subject to technician availability — call before midday for the best chance of a same-day booking. We service both the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions weekly, so we’re rarely far away.
Do you service Sunshine Coast properties?
Yes — the Sunshine Coast is our primary service area. We regularly service Caloundra, Buderim, Maroochydore, Sippy Downs, Wurtulla, Mountain Creek, Meridan Plains, Golden Beach, Pelican Waters, Palmview, and surrounding suburbs. We’re in the area every week, so response times are fast.
Do you service Caboolture, Morayfield, and North Lakes?
Yes — we service the full Moreton Bay corridor including Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, North Lakes, Griffin, Mango Hill, Kallangur, Deception Bay, and Caboolture South. These areas are high-risk for termites due to the proximity of bushland and creek corridors, and we carry out regular inspections and treatments throughout the region.
How do I book a pest control treatment?

Most bookings are confirmed within the call. You can also reach us through the contact form on this website, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
How much does pest control cost?
Pricing depends on your property size and the pest being treated. As a general guide, a general pest treatment for a standard home starts from around $150–$220. A full termite inspection to Australian Standard AS 3660.2 costs from $280–$350 depending on property size. We provide upfront quotes with no surprise charges on the day.
During & After Treatment
Do I need to leave my home during pest control treatment?
For a standard general pest treatment, you typically need to vacate for about two hours while the product dries. Flea treatments require approximately four hours. Children and pets should also be out of the treated areas during this time. We’ll give you clear instructions before we start.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
All products we use are APVMA-registered and applied at label rates by licensed technicians. Once dried, they pose minimal risk to people and pets. We’ll advise on any specific precautions relevant to your home and the treatment being carried out.
Do you offer a guarantee on pest control treatments?
Yes. General pest treatments come with a six-month warranty — if treated pests return within that period, we’ll revisit at no extra charge. Termite treatments carry product-specific warranties outlined in your written report. We’ll explain the warranty terms before starting any job.
How often should I have pest control done?
Annual general pest treatment is sufficient for most homes. Termite inspections should be carried out every 12 months per Australian Standard AS 3660.2, and are often a condition of home insurance. High-risk properties near bushland or water may benefit from six-monthly termite inspections. We offer annual contracts and reminder services so you don’t need to remember.
What products do you use?
We use commercial-grade APVMA-registered products that aren’t available off the shelf. This includes residual insecticide sprays, professional gel baits for cockroaches, termiticide barriers, and rodenticide baiting stations. We choose products based on the pest, the environment, and whether children or pets are present. All products are applied to label specifications by licensed technicians.
Do you offer commercial pest control?
Yes — we service both residential and commercial properties including rental properties, cafes, restaurants, strata complexes, and warehouses. We can provide ongoing pest management programs with scheduled visits and documentation suitable for food safety audits or strata compliance.
Termites
How do I know if I have termites?
Common signs include mud tubes on walls, foundations, or in the garden; hollow-sounding timber when tapped; tight-fitting doors or windows (caused by termite damage warping timber); and discarded wings near window sills during swarming season. Termites often do damage inside walls and under floors before you notice visible signs — which is why annual professional inspections are recommended, not just waiting for visible evidence.
What’s the difference between a termite inspection and a termite treatment?
A termite inspection is a visual assessment of your property to determine whether termites are present or conditions are conducive to activity. We use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to detect activity without tearing into walls. If termites are found, we’ll recommend a treatment plan — which may include a chemical barrier, a baiting system, or localised spot treatment — tailored to your property and level of infestation.
How much does a termite inspection cost?
A full timber pest inspection to Australian Standard AS 3660.2 costs from $280–$350 depending on property size and access. The inspection covers the full structure including roof void, subfloor (where accessible), internal rooms, garage, and external perimeter. You receive a written report detailing any findings and recommendations.
Cockroaches & Ants
How do I get rid of cockroaches?
Professional treatment is far more effective than over-the-counter sprays, which push cockroaches into hiding rather than eliminating the colony. Our cockroach treatments use professional-grade gel baits placed in harbourage areas — behind appliances, inside cupboards, around plumbing — combined with residual sprays where needed. Results are typically visible within a few days, with full colony knockdown within two to three weeks.
Why do ants keep coming back after DIY treatment?
DIY sprays kill the workers you can see but don’t reach the colony or queen. Without eliminating the colony, worker ants are simply replaced. Professional ant treatments use products that workers carry back to the nest, killing the colony from within. We also identify the species — different ants require different treatments — and locate entry points around your home to reduce future intrusion.
Rodents, Spiders & Other Pests
How do I get rid of rats or mice in my roof?
Rodent control requires a combination of baiting and exclusion. We install tamper-resistant bait stations in roof cavities and subfloors, identify how rodents are entering your property, and advise on sealing entry points such as gaps around pipes, damaged eaves, or overhanging branches. Traps alone won’t solve ongoing infestations — if entry points aren’t addressed, new rodents will move in.
Are spiders in Queensland dangerous?
Most spiders in Queensland are harmless, but a few — including redbacks and funnel-webs — can cause serious harm, particularly to children. Redbacks are common in sheltered spots like garden beds, letterboxes, and under outdoor furniture. White-tail spiders, while not dangerously venomous, can cause skin irritation and secondary infection. We treat webbing spiders on eaves and fences as well as ground-dwelling species in gardens.
Do you treat fleas and silverfish?
Yes. Flea treatments are thorough — we treat all flooring areas including carpet, tiles, and hard floors where fleas and pupae can hide. We recommend vacuuming immediately before treatment and washing all pet bedding. Silverfish treatments target harbourage areas including roof voids, bookshelves, and laundry areas. Both pests are included in general pest treatments.
